* International shipping requires more complicated shipping procedures, such as both countries customs, transit stations etc., it will probably take longer time for your items to arrive at the final destination. Please be understanding. Thank you

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE ? 

Often, when you order multiple items we utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you :)

I DIDN'T RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER

Tracking numbers are available upon request ONLY. Please email akogiftsnthings@gmail.com for tracking information, please allow 5 business days within placing your order to inquiry about your tracking number.  We are working as fast as we can to get you your product to you as fast as possible, please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery due high demand ordering times.  

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL...WHAT'S GOING ON?

Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.  

DO WE SHIP TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

No we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. 

WHAT’S YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY? 

If there is something wrong with your order ( wrong item, defective product, etc.), return it to us in it's original packaging within 15 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement. Please Note: Although many of our items ship direct from our USA warehouse in Nevada, certain "special order" items ship direct from the maker in China, arrive by China Post/USPS. Please allow for 4-6 weeks for replacement on special orders. Exchanges are a little more difficult since we order close to exact quantities of what we need. We usually order a few extras, but they go fast. If you need an exchange, email us and we’ll see what we can do.

Please Note:  Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like.

WHAT’S YOUR SHIPPING POLICY? 

All payments will be processed within 3-5 business days of purchase. Please note that although on your end your payment goes through it still takes 3-5 days to be transferred between banks. Afterwards  there is a period of 3-5 days processing for shipping. Please allow 1-3 weeks for USA delivery after receipt of your tracking number. Please allow 2-6 weeks for special promotional items as they are often in high demand and we may need to order from our exclusive warehouses in China. Cost of shipping varies depending on size, weight and quantity of order. Our standard shipping rate is $4.95 and goes up from there based on aforementioned scenarios.We do ship to Canada but in general we do not ship internationally. However, we do sometimes ship to Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Please check out the product page of your item for more information or email us directly at akogiftsnthings@gmail.com

DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME WITH A WARRANTY? 

It depends on the product but in general AKO Gifts & Things does not issue warranty on its products. It is best to work directly with the manufacturer instead.
